The Initial Interior Design Consultation is the primary stage in our detailed interior design approach. During this interactive meeting, we explore the specific aspects of your project, including scope, lifestyle, functionality, budget, and aesthetics. Our assessment also encompasses an on-site visit to your residence, where we present initial concepts and design suggestions customized to suit your individual space.
Every consultation is personalized to meet your individual requirements, ensuring flexibility. While some clients may find the initial meeting satisfactory, others might need extra support. After the consultation, we will prepare a bespoke fee proposal for an Interior Design Elevation Plan based on any additional services you need. This approach gives you the freedom to choose whether to move forward with us.
Due to the overwhelming demand, we provide a restricted number of consultation slots weekly. To guarantee your preferred time, we advise making an early reservation.

Interior Design Concept Stage:

During the Design Development phase, we focus on creating a detailed design concept, refining layouts, and selecting premium finishes and materials. This stage involves producing elevations and floor plans that will guide the creation of technical drawings, streamlining communication with contractors and specialists. Document Stage:
During the subsequent phase of the interior design process, we dedicate ourselves to creating thorough finishing schedules and precise specifications for all finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF+E) intended for the project. Our team maintains open communication with essential stakeholders such as suppliers, contractors, and tradespeople from the beginning until the project handover, ensuring a smooth integration and coherent design concept. Our meticulous approach in this stage assures that every detail of the end result meets the highest standards of quality, both in terms of aesthetics and functionality.
Design Support Stage:
Once the FF&E schedule has been finalized and handed over to the client or contractor, our design team remains at your disposal to offer continuous support and address any design-related inquiries that may emerge during the renovation process. This service is available on an hourly basis, guaranteeing that our clients can benefit from expert interior design advice whenever necessary. Whether it involves exploring alternative design solutions, offering supplementary suggestions, or resolving any issues that might surface during the renovation, we are dedicated to supporting our clients throughout the project's implementation stage. Our objective is to facilitate a smooth and prosperous design realization, coupled with outstanding customer care.
Procurement and Handling Stage:
The Procurement and Handling phase stands as a crucial component within our Design Process. Our dedicated team meticulously manages the procurement process, from placing orders to overseeing deliveries, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness. This comprehensive service effectively alleviates clients from these arduous responsibilities.
We ensure accuracy by cross-checking invoice information with suppliers to prevent errors. Upon arrival at our warehouse, every shipment undergoes a rigorous quality inspection. If any quality concerns arise, we promptly communicate with the suppliers for resolution. Following the quality check, all products are carefully monitored and stored in our warehouse until installation.
Product Installation and Styling Stage:
The installation day signifies the culmination of the project, where all purchased items will be installed and arranged. It is strategically planned to cause minimal disturbance to the client's daily schedule. Our installation crew, consisting of the Interior Design Team, contractors, and logistics staff, will be on-site to meticulously place every furniture piece and decorative item.
The installation procedure is meticulously organized to guarantee timely completion and meet the client's expectations. Following the installation, a comprehensive final inspection will be carried out to confirm proper functionality and operation of all components.
The expenses related to the product installation phase will be estimated separately once the design documentation phase is finalized. The estimation will cover costs linked to specific contractors and services, such as delivery transportation, furniture assembly, art installation, and property styling services offered by our design team. These essential services are crucial for the smooth and successful execution of the installation process.
