The Initial Interior Design Consultation marks the first step in our comprehensive interior design process. In this collaborative session, we delve into the intricate details of your project, addressing areas such as scope, lifestyle, functionality, budget, and aesthetics. Our evaluation extends to your home, where we provide preliminary ideas and inspiration tailored to your unique space.
Each consultation is flexible and custom-tailored to accommodate your specific needs. Some clients may find this initial meeting sufficient for their project, while others may require additional assistance. Following the consultation, we will formulate a unique Interior Design Elevation Plan fee proposal corresponding to any further work you may require, granting you the freedom to decide if you wish to proceed with us.
Given the high demand, we offer a limited number of consultation slots each week. To secure your desired time, we strongly recommend booking early.

The Step-by-Step Interior Design Project Process
Interior Design Concept Stage:
This stage marks the starting point of the interior design process, where we delve into the creation of layouts and elevations that align with your projectβs unique requirements. We investigate various finishes, materials, and colours that can be incorporated into the design to create an initial concept. Through close collaboration and on-site meetings, we will work closely with you to review and refine the interior design direction as we progress through the concept stage. By the end of this phase, we will have a clear and comprehensive vision for the final outcome of the project.
Interior Design Development Stage:
In the Design Development stage, we meticulously craft the overarching design scheme, fine-tuning layouts, and carefully selecting key finishes and materials. This phase includes the preparation of elevations and floor plans, which will serve as the basis for technical drawings, facilitating collaboration with contractors and trades. Our team curates an inspired collection of furniture, accessories, and home dΓ©cor to compliment the space, elevating the overall design to be both functional and visually stunning.
Document Stage:
In the next stage of the interior design process, we meticulously craft comprehensive finishing schedules and detailed specifications for all finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF+E) to be included in the project. We will be actively communicating with all required parties including suppliers, contractors and trades people throughout this stage until (and including) the handover, to ensure seamless integration and cohesive design vision. Our attention to detail in this phase guarantees that every aspect of the final outcome is of the highest quality, both aesthetically and functionally.
Design Support Stage:
Upon completion and handover of the FF&E (Fixtures, Fittings and Equipment) schedule to the client or builder, our design team will be available to provide ongoing support and answer any design-related questions or queries that may arise during the renovation. We offer this service at an hourly rate, ensuring that our clients have access to professional interior design guidance whenever needed. Whether itβs discussing further design options, providing additional recommendations, or addressing any concerns that may arise during the renovation, we are committed to assisting our clients throughout the implementation phase of the project. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and successful design execution while providing exceptional customer service.
Procurement and Handling Stage:
The Procurement and Handling stage is a key part of our Design Process. Our team diligently places and monitors orders for all approved items, ensuring timely deliveries and correct transactions. This service, which includes everything from order placement to delivery organisation, relieves our clients of these demanding tasks.
We cross-verify all invoice details with suppliers, maintaining transparency and reducing potential discrepancies. On arrival at our warehouse, each consignment undergoes a thorough quality check (QC). Any identified quality issues are promptly addressed with the suppliers. Post-QC, all goods are tracked and safely stored in our warehouse, awaiting installation.
Product Installation and Styling Stage:
The installation day marks the final phase of the project, during which we will install and style all the items purchased for the project. This day is scheduled at a convenient time to minimise disruptions to the client's daily routine. The installation team, which comprises our Interior Design Team, contractors, and transportation personnel, will be present to carefully install each piece of furniture and home decor.
The installation process is carried out with meticulous organisation to ensure that all elements are installed on time and to the complete satisfaction of the client. Once the installation is complete, a final walk-through will be conducted to verify that everything is in working order and functions as intended.
The cost of the product installation stage will be quoted separately, and this will be done after the design documentation stage is completed. The quote will encompass the expenses associated with specialised contractors and services, including transportation for delivery and furniture assembly, art hanging, and property styling services provided by the design team. These services are required to successfully complete and facilitate the installation process.
