From overseeing the warehouse and managing inventory, to keeping the books in check, Wade ensures the studio runs smoothly. Calm, capable, and solutions-focused, he’s the quiet engine that powers the creative output.
Nakita Thomas
Operations & Administration
Nakita is the studio’s quiet powerhouse. From booking installs and managing schedules to solving problems on the fly, she keeps everything running behind the scenes. With a background in logistics and client support, Nakita’s attention to detail and calm approach make her the ultimate go-to. We call her the glue — and with good reason. Nothing happens without her.

Business Development Manager
Jenny brings a wealth of insight and style to the studio. With a background in real estate and interiors — including working alongside Rebecca at Coco Republic — she knows how to spot opportunities and turn them into beautifully executed projects. Senior Interior Stylist & Operations Manager
John-George blends creative instinct with practical leadership. Originally from South Africa, he has a strong design background, having built and styled homes of his own. A talented artist and natural stylist, he brings an editorial eye to every project — with an emphasis on colour, proportion, and flow. He leads with quiet confidence, balancing creativity with the day-to-day management of our styling operations.
Lisa Caskey
Senior Interior Stylist
Lisa brings heart, hustle, and a designer’s touch to every project. With a background in retail interiors and property styling, she understands what sells — and how to style with intent. Her approach is fast, focused, and full of warmth. Known for her calm presence and collaborative nature, Lisa transforms homes with polish, personality, and precision.
Molly-Pop
Studio Dog & Vibe Manager
Molly-Pop is our resident good girl. Equal parts calming presence and snack-seeking missile, she’s the studio’s unofficial greeter and morale booster. She takes her role seriously — mostly from a soft spot under someone’s desk — and reminds us daily that the best design days include a nap and a cuddle.
