Kirra “Beach House” Project

Empowering Home Transformation: Osborne & Co.’s Elevation Team Brings Your Vision to Life.

One such example is our remote project for a Kirra Beach House client, who purchased the property during the COVID-19 pandemic while residing in Melbourne. As their trusted “eyes and ears” on the ground, we curated and delivered their dream beach house.

The existing kitchen in the Kirra Beach House project was beautifully designed, so we chose to complement its materials and colour palette with carefully selected pieces. For example, we added a bold black dining table with a gentle curved design, which softened the overall look of the interior. The dining set sat flawlessly on an oversized natural rug, which added an extra layer of texture and practicality to the space.

We also implemented a smart solution for accommodating a range of guests in the guest room by opting for a king split bed. One of the bedrooms was set up as a twin room but could easily be transformed into a king bedroom, depending on who was staying over. The extra-long bedhead was the perfect addition to facilitate this transformation.

Over the course of 6 months, we meticulously designed, sourced, ordered, and delivered the project, culminating in a stunning beach house that exceeds expectations. Voilà!

“Belvoir” Launceston Project

The Belvoir Launceston project is a unique blend of Art Deco, Mid-Century, and “Beetlejuice” inspired interior design. Our goal was to create a sophisticated space that showcased the client’s artwork as if it were in an art gallery, while also incorporating the feel of a boutique hotel.

We utilised a range of materials such as rich, textured velvets and light, whimsical linens in conjunction with brass accents, bronzed glass, leather and sculptural pieces to elevate the overall design. The rooms were tastefully themed in bold, rich colours, capturing the quirky and theatrical personality of the client. The result is a harmonious, sophisticated space that seamlessly blends artistic expression with luxurious comfort.

This project presented a unique challenge as it was located in Tasmania, requiring us to work remotely. Despite the distance, we were able to successfully execute the project through careful logistics management. We arranged for all items to be received at our

warehouse for quality control, before packing them into a shipping container and sending them to the site. During a three-day installation period, we arranged for the items to be shipped directly while we were on-site to ensure a seamless installation process. Our ability to work remotely and manage the logistics of the project allowed us to bring our vision to life and deliver a truly exceptional interior design experience for our client, even from afar.
