Situated on the 56th floor of one of Brisbane's premier apartment buildings, The One Residence, this interior design project epitomizes the heights of sophisticated living. What makes this project truly remarkable is that we had the privilege of working with an international client who entrusted us with their vision, despite being separated by geography. With only one face-to-face visit, we embarked on a journey that showcased our ability to work seamlessly with clients from around the world. This project stands as a testament to our commitment to creating exceptional spaces that transcend boundaries.

Our client had a clear vision in mind - a clean and minimalistic aesthetic with a soft and warm colour palette. They expressed an affinity for the colour green, albeit in subtle doses, and a desire for a touch of quirkiness through fun art and decor pieces. This brief provided us with the foundation for crafting an interior that resonated with our client's preferences while maximizing the potential of the brand-new apartment.

We transformed the apartment into a warm and inviting sanctuary by enveloping the majority of the space in soft, textural linen wallpaper. This provided a cosy backdrop that set the tone for the entire design.

Thoughtfully selected and specified additional lighting fixtures were strategically placed throughout the apartment. They included pendant lights over the dining area, and feature lighting over the kitchen, down the hallway, and wall lights in the Master Bedroom, adding an element of sophistication and functionality.

The Master Bedroom received a luxurious makeover, featuring a custom panelled headboard, contrasted with dark charcoal linen wallpaper. New window dressings in a soft, warm shade of neutral with hints of green in certain lighting conditions added depth and elegance to the space.

In the bedroom, we introduced custom joinery, including a built-in desk with a rich, deep brown timber finish. The desk was strategically positioned in front of a large picture window, creating a serene and inspiring workspace ideal for work, study, or creative pursuits.

To ensure a seamless transition for the family returning from overseas, we selected and specified all new furniture, decor, linens, appliances, and kitchen items. This comprehensive approach provided a fully furnished and ready-to-live-in space, eliminating the need for any additional efforts on the client's part.
